PUBLIC OFFER
for the use of the "Profi24" mobile application

This public offer (hereinafter — the "Offer"), in accordance with the applicable articles of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the laws "On Electronic Commerce" and "On Personal Data", and other legal acts, defines the terms of use of the mobile application and/or web services of the Profi24 platform (hereinafter — the "Platform").

The terms of this Offer take effect between the Platform operator (hereinafter — the "Operator") and the user (hereinafter — the "User") from the moment they are accepted.

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. Platform — the Profi24 mobile application and/or web service that provides household service specialists with the ability to find clients, record services and orders, calculate payments, and use other functions.

1.2. Operator — the individual or legal entity responsible for the functionality and security of the Profi24 platform, the processing of user data, and technical support.

1.3. User (Client) — an individual registered on the Platform and using it to order household services from specialists.
